Before you write
- Check the documentation and FAQ — installation, sign-in, and the most common conversion questions are covered there.
- Rendering seems stuck? Close and reopen the task pane; if you are offline, image rendering needs a connection on first load.
- Payment / Pro activation: upgrades are reconciled manually within 24 hours. If your plan hasn't updated after that, email us with the transfer note you used.
Feature requests & feedback
BlueMath is built closely with math teachers. If a formula converts incorrectly or a workflow feels slow, tell us — sample documents are the fastest way to get a fix.
