Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the BlueMath add-in for Microsoft Word and this website (together, the "Service"). By installing or using BlueMath you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BlueMath for creating and editing documents. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service, or use it to build a competing service.

2. Free plan and Pro subscription

• The core editor is free to use.
• Pro is a paid subscription (currently billed yearly) that unlocks additional features listed on the Pricing page. Some Pro features include a one-time 30-day free trial.
• Payments are made outside the add-in (bank transfer, MoMo, or PayPal on this website) and activated after manual reconciliation, normally within 24 hours. Remaining trial time is added to your Pro period — you never lose trial days by upgrading early.
• Pro is a prepaid, non-recurring purchase: it does not auto-renew and we do not store your payment credentials.

3. Refunds

If Pro does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of activation at mrhoangblue@gmail.com and we will refund the purchase. Refunds for renewals requested after 14 days are prorated at our discretion.

4. Your content

Your documents are yours. BlueMath processes them locally on your device and does not upload them (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you create.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the Service — including attempting to bypass plan limits, probing or attacking the backend, sharing one account across an organization, or using the referral program fraudulently (self-referrals, fake clicks). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available and backward-compatible but may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. If we permanently discontinue Pro, active subscribers receive a prorated refund.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Conversion features (e.g. MathType conversion) are best-effort: always review converted documents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
